Hello! How are you? Did you survive the weekend? Ours was crazy as usual! ha! :) Well, today I’m spilling the beans on how to have a clean & “spotless” house! A lot of my friends think our house is always clean, but of course, anyone that has a many kids as me (kids are messy!), a craft blog (crafts are pretty messy, too!) & are as busy as us knows that I can’t possibly have a clean house every single day. Hello! How has your weekend been so far? I hope you are having a good one! ;) We had spring break this last week, but it doesn’t actually feel like spring just yet. It was rainy & cold all last week! It has been a recent goal of mine to make my own pretzels since I am practically obsessed with the things. Easy Chicken Enchiladas {recipe}

Hello! Yesterday was a busy day! I took dinner to a family that just had twins ~ a boy & a girl! So sweet! We also had the missionaries from our church over for dinner. I knew exactly what I wanted to make ~ chicken enchiladas! Buuuut I couldn’t find the recipe anywhere! I had it on a piece of paper with my cookbooks, & it was gone! Luckily I found it in an email I sent my mom 5 years ago! I knew there was a good reason that I never delete any emails! haha! ;) So today I am excited to be sharing one of our family’s favorite recipes ~ easy chicken enchiladas! Yum! (Annnd now I won’t have to worry about losing this recipe again ~ it will be right here on the blog! Yay!)

5 Reasons I’m Glad I Bought a Silhouette

Hello! How are you? I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! We did more work on our addition. I have the blisters to prove it, too! haha! ;) We are so close to painting it’s not even funny! Anyways, while I’ve been waiting on the room to be finished I’ve had a little time to think about crafty things, of course! ;) One of my favorite tools (as you probably already know!) is my Silhouette machine. I seriously LOVE all of my Silhouettes. (Yes, I have more than one!) So today I’d love to share 5 reasons I’m glad I bought a Silhouette. Today, I am sharing some tips on being organized. Being organized isn't only for the type A personality, meticulous individuals. I am creative and chaotic at times, but love a clean and neat space... and organization. I think I'm always striving to be more organized, like most people. You can ask my husband, there are times that he will open my purse and it is perfectly in order and then there are times that it looks like a tornado hit. I feel like the key to being organized is to work on it a little at a time and please give yourself a break. The house is going to be insane at times, you're going to forget to write in your planner some days or weeks and at some point you may even have to run through the drive through cause you didn't plan a thing for dinner. The world will keep spinning and you'll get it all back on track. No big deal, you've got this!

So here we go...

Hello! I’m sure you’ve heard, but if not I’ll tell you! ha! ;) FROZEN the movie came out this week on DVD! Eek! My kiddos love this movie! We all saw it over Christmas break as a family. They have been counting down the days until the FROZEN DVD came out so we could watch it over & over again! So they were super excited this week when I surprised them with a special trip to Walmart to pick up the movie & a few Walmart toys to go along with it. We ended up having a fun FROZEN filled afternoon with lots of fun FROZEN inspired activities! So keep reading to see what we did, & you’ll see who our favorite characters are, too! ;)

Ginger's blog is one of the first ones that I began reading when I started blogging, so I am super excited to be here sharing a project today. Over at my blog I focus on recipes, crafts, and DIY projects that are easy and maximize the time of busy moms. As a mom of preschooler and a set of triplets, I'm limited on time and energy. I know that there are too many other moms out there who feel the same way. Even though I am a mother, I still want to fuel my creative side, and I want to encourage other ladies to do the same. To save time and money, I typically take my own photos of my children. But photo props can be expensive. For the triplets first birthday, I made a few fast photo props for their photo session. You may be surprised at how inexpensive {and ridiculously easy} this large Birthday Number Photo Prop is!
