I decided to try out the polka dot stencil. I just have a thing for polka dots, I guess! ha! ;)

supplies

For this project you’ll need:
polka dotted
Mod Podge Peel & Stick Stencil
Mod Podge Podgeable Glitter
Mod Podge Spouncers
tags (I bought these from Pick Your Plum.)
dry paint brush

The back of the stenciling package will tell you exactly how to do it but I will show you, too! ha! ;) First you’ll place your stencil on top of the tag. These stencils are slightly sticky so it makes it so easy to keep your stencil in place. They are also reusable. So you can use them over & over again. Just clean them between use with cool water, air dry & keep them on the backing paper when you’re not using them.

Next you’ll get your Mod Podge out. ;)

Using your spouncer you’ll put a thin layer of Mod Podge over your stencil.

Then you’ll remove your stencil leaving the Mod Podge polka dots on your tag. Working quickly before the Mod Podge dries, sprinkle your glitter over the Mod Podge. Shake most of the glitter off, & then let dry.

Once the Mod Podge is dry you can use a dry paint brush to carefully brush away any excess glitter.
