Faith is Like a Little Seed {family activity}

Last week I was over at Jedi Craft Girl participating in the 14-day Walk with Christ. Amanda has 14 activities & topics to do with your family leading up until Easter. I was so happy to be participating in this, & I think it’s a great idea to do with your family so you all can focus on the real meaning of Easter. Amanda asked me to take day 4~ faith!

Faith is one the very first things you have to have as you grow your testimony of the Savior!  One of my favorite chapters in the Book of Mormon is Alma 32. In that chapter Alma compares faith to a little seed.  If we plant the seed of faith in our hearts & nurture it with making good choices, attending church, praying, reading our scriptures & so on then it will grow & become stronger.

My Favorite Quotes {free printables}

Remember my mom cave reveal over a month ago? Well on the wall right across from my bed I have the beginnings of a small gallery wall.  I didn’t show that part of my room in my post because I’m not quite ready to share it. Ummmm…. it’s not done yet! ha! I’m slow! ;)

I love having inspirational quotes around our home. So I made these two prints of my favorite quotes for my gallery wall, and I thought I’d go ahead & share them today.  I love this quote from President Gordon B. Hinckley. It just makes me want to get up & do something! ;)
