Hi! I'm Janice from Maddie Moes and am so delighted to be with Ginger, here, on her team of contributors.  

I am very much a seamstress in progress and have loved learning some new skills over the last few years. More than this though, one of the loveliest parts of sewing has been sharing it with my girls.  They have loved creating their own little unique pieces and watching how they have picked up the basic skills has been so amazing.

This wee owl has been one of their favourite projects…so much so that my eldest has begun making them for her friends!!

Hello! How are you? Awesome, I hope! This week has been kind of crazy (as usual!). I’ve had sick kiddos ~ which isn’t much fun for them or me. Ugh! :( Buuuuut since I had some extra time around the house I was able to get all of our taxes done & sent off to Uncle Sam! Yay! Our family is super busy ~ especially in the mornings! My oldest son attends an early morning class at our church, my daughter is in athletics so she goes a couple of times a week to early morning practices & my husband is up early for work as well. Later on the other kiddos get up, & we are all eating breakfast at a different time. Annnnd did I mention I’m not a morning person? ha! Hello! My daughter recently finished up all of her basketball games, and the season is officially over. It was a tough season with lots of snow days & missed games. Thankfully they ended the season on a good note with a big win, & my daughter was able to play starter the last game! Wahoo! Oh, & did I mention she made several baskets that day, too! Yay! To celebrate we decided to make ooey gooey peanut butter cookie bowls for everyone! Hello! Today we are getting a little personal on the blog! Let’s have a little bathroom talk. ha! ;) With 5 kiddos I have done my fair share of potty training over the last 10 years or so! I’m just now on the “tail” end of it, too! Pun intended! haha! ;) My youngest is 4, and he has pretty much been potty trained for almost a year. Now we are getting to the fun part letting him wipe himself! Once we get him wiping like a pro then I’ll be officially done with helping my kiddos in the bathroom! Wahoo! :) Recently we have started the Cottonelle Clean Care Routine in the bathroom, & so far it is going great! I haven’t had to help wipe him in over a week! He’s been doing a great job all by himself! Yay! So keep reading to see our new routine. :)
