Good morning! With all this craziness, one good thing at our house is that our baked good production is way, way up! ha! We’ll see if this is a good thing long term. ha! Good morning! This week has been kind of crazy with all the things going on.  Buuuuut since I had some extra time around the house I was able to get a few things done! Yay! Hello! Good morning! It’s summer! One thing we like to do each summer (really anytime!) is to surprise our neighbors & friends with treats! It’s so fun to leave them on their doorstep, ring the doorbell  & then run away or take some treats to church & surprise them that way. Last week my daughter took these sweet treats to the other girls in her young women’s group at church. Hello! How are you? I’m feeling a little overwhelmed this week. Ugh! I’m busy getting ready for girl’s camp next week (I’m helping with crafts!), lots of blog work to get done, my oldest is turning 18 on Friday (They grow up too fast!) & I *think* I might have strep throat (I’m headed to the doctor this morning. Blah!). When I’m feeling this way I love to snuggle up on the couch, turn on some HGTV & eat a sweet treat. Hello! My daughter recently finished up all of her basketball games, and the season is officially over. It was a tough season with lots of snow days & missed games. Thankfully they ended the season on a good note with a big win, & my daughter was able to play starter the last game! Wahoo! Oh, & did I mention she made several baskets that day, too! Yay! To celebrate we decided to make ooey gooey peanut butter cookie bowls for everyone! I love Christmas time, and it has become even better since we’ve had kiddos! One of our favorite Christmas traditions is making cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. Usually we make peanut butter cookies with a Hershey Kiss on top, but this year we are going to try something a little different. I had bought some of the Candy Cane Hershey Kisses for some Snowman Soup gifts I was putting together, and I thought they’d be super yummy on some cookies! I love baking cookies! Yum! One of my favorites (that my mom always made!) are peanut butter cookies. :) We made those all the time growing up, and believe it or not I think I’ve improved the recipe! ha! ;) I added Peanut M&M’s to our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe, & it turned them into the ultimate peanut butter cookies.
