Hello! The holidays are upon us! Yay! One thing I love about the holidays is all of the homemade goodies. Yum! Buuuuut at the same time I don’t want to spend all of my time in the kitchen. I’m not the only one, am I? ;) That is why I love that Pillsbury makes it so easy for me to whip up some homemade goodies in just a few minutes. It makes holiday entertaining a breeze. Today I’d love to share how I made these adorable Snowman Pops using Pillsbury ready to bake sugar cookie dough. Let’s get started!
Sugar cookies are a must around the holidays! Annnnnd these Pillsbury Snowman Shape Sugar Cookies are perfect! We usually spend Christmas Eve whipping up some goodies. We then take plates of goodies to our neighbors & friends. These cookies are so easy to pop in the oven & then they are done. They even have Christmas tree & reindeer cookies, too! Look for them at Walmart in the refrigerated section.
All you need to do is put them in the oven on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes or so. Then let them cool.
For make these snowman pops you will need:
- (1) package Pillsbury Ready to Bake Snowman Shape Sugar Cookies, baked & then cooled completely
- red sugar sprinkles
- white icing
- paper straws
First, you will ice the back of one cookie. Stick your straw right in the middle. Press down.
Put another cookie right on top. Dip the edges of the cookie into red sprinkles.
Then I added some cute washi tape & a tiny snowflake sticker around my straw. Too cute!
These snowman pops would be perfect for a class party, dipped into a mug of hot cocoa or nestled inside a gift bag. I’m sure Santa would enjoy one or two on Christmas Eve. :) Pillsbury makes it so easy to add that special touch to your holiday entertaining.
