This post is brought to you by We R Memory Keepers.
Hello! Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. We are working like crazy to finish up the last little bit on our sun room & new deck. Final inspection is tomorrow! Eek! It feels like we are on an episode of Extreme Home Makeover. Only I don’t have a team of designers coming in to decorate! Bummer! ;) It’s also the last day of school for my kiddos! Yay! So lots of fun things happening around our house. Well, Father’s Day is sneaking up on us quick! So today I’m excited to show you some fun & simple DIY Cards for Father’s Day made with my Evolution & a cute shirt & tie card die from We R Memory Keepers. Plus I have links to over 45 more Father's Day gift ideas. So keep reading. :)
For this project you’ll need a few supplies:
shirt & tie card die*
12x12 Basic Paper Pad*
Evolution*
Genius Platform*
Sticky Thumbs Adhesive Runner*
white buttons
white cardstock
hot glue gun & glue

OK….so let’s get started! First you’ll cut your die cuts out with your Evolution or any die cutting machine. This die can be used with just about any die cutter. Awesome! I showed you how to use the Evolution tool to cut dies {HERE} or you could watch this video from We R Memory Keepers. It’s so easy & fun to do! :)
I used the white cardstock for the shirt part & the fun basic paper pad for the ties. FYI: This die set also comes with a bow tie die, too. :)
Then you’ll fold your card on the perforated lines like this. You’ll stick on the tie & collar flaps with the adhesive runner.
Then for fun I hot glued two white buttons on the collar. Too cute! :)
Then you can write a note to Dad inside! The shirts tucks underneath the collar to stay closed. This such a sweet & simple card. I just love it! :)
Annnnnd because it’s a die you can make as many as you want ~ think grandpas, uncles & more.
