Hello! I hope you all are staying warm today! It seems like it is cold everywhere! brrrr! Yesterday I went grocery shopping in 14 degree weather! Yikes! Well, a few weeks ago we were in the same cold situation but we had snow, too! So we were a stuck at home & couldn’t get to the store. I had promised my youngest daughter homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner (her favorite!), but when I went to the pantry we were missing a few ingredients! Oops! Hello! I hope your Monday is off to a great start! :) Today is my hubby’s last day home from work. He took off all week last week to work on our house addition. It is looking so good. We passed the wiring & the insulation inspections. Yay! We are working on the sheetrock today. That’s the part I am good at all the taping & floating. ha! ;) Can’t wait to get everything done, and it will be nice to have our house back together again. During all that crazy construction going on last week I did manage to make the kiddos a yummy after school snack ~ peppermint popcorn. :) This would make a perfect snack for a Valentine’s Day party. Hi there! I'm Sarah, a newbie blogger over at The Crazy Tailor, and I'm so excited to be a guest blogger here at Ginger Snap Crafts! I'm a SAHM who loves crafting, cooking and sewing and especially sewing for my little munchkins! Pardon my photos...I sew at night when the kiddos are sleeping, so I don't get great light. At all. But I make up for it when my munchkins are awake! They are pretty used to seeing my camera come out! My daughter is such a little mommy. Always feeding, burping, carrying her dolly, and just lately, she's been trying to stuff dolly down her shirt! When I asked her about that, she said she was trying to carry her dolly. Got me thinking...I use a mei tai for wearing my little boy and so I asked her if she would like a baby carrier. YES. In pink please. Alrighty then!

How to Host an Easy & Yummy Hot Chocolate Bar
Good morning! I don’t know if anyone noticed or not but I’m back from a little blogging break! Yay! :) I had most of my post prescheduled over the Christmas break, & it was nice to have a little break from all things blog & spend some fun times with my little family! We had a nice quiet Christmas at home, made a quick trip to Branson for the day, had a couple of snow days, stayed up late on New Years, watched Frozen (Have you seen it?) & just had a blast being together. Now everyone is back in school, & things are returning to normal around our house. I’m working on a few projects that I can’t wait to share!
