make your own ice cream sandwiches
I really hesitate to call this an actual recipe….more like putting a few things together to make a quick treat! ha! For this “recipe” you’ll need: ice cream, graham crackers & sprinkles. Since it’s so close to 4th of July I chose to make these red, white & blue, of course! :)

ice cream bar ingredients
First you’ll just slice into your ice cream with a butter knife, and then cut that into rectangles to fit your graham crackers. (I just used one graham cracker broken in two for each ice cream bar.) Put a graham cracker on top & bottom, and then roll it in sprinkles on all 4 sides. That’s it! :)easy ice cream barsThen line them up on wax paper & then put them in the freezer until you are ready to serve! Yum!
