As most of you know by now our family
has been enjoying Spring Break this week.
This year we are sticking close to home,
& it has actually has been kind of nice & relaxing.
I did have a few fun activities planned
for the kiddos to keep them busy.
One of them was hosting a Spring Fling party at our house. Yay!
We have so many awesome friends…it was so hard to narrow it down.
We ended up inviting 6 moms & 20+ kiddos. So this was going to be a big party.
The night before we loaded up & headed to Walmart to buy our party supplies.
Since our party was a Spring Fling we went with a spring theme, of course.
Since we had invited so many kiddos we had planned lots of fun activities for the kiddos to do outside while the moms worked on a craft project inside. We have a big backyard with plenty of room to run around. So while we were at Walmart we bought clay pots for the kiddos to paint & then plant a seed in. You can’t have a party without food.
So next we headed off to the frozen food aisle. I had just found out that Walmart is now carrying TCBY Frozen Yogurt!!! So that’s what we had planned to serve at our party.
(I remember going to TCBY all the time growing up! Yum!) 
I think we bought one of each flavor!
I promise I did leave some for YOU though!
So next time you’re in Walmart stop by
& pick up some TCBY Frozen Yogurt.

Well, the next morning we woke up to this!
Pouring down rain! Aaaghhh!!
Buuuuuut you know what they say the party must go on, right?
So we had to do a little rearranging & garage cleaning- really quick!
We moved all the cars out of the garage, grabbed a table
& set up our flower pot painting/seed planting activity in there for the kids.
The kiddos had fun being crafty & creative with their flower pots.
I can’t believe I’m showing pictures from inside my garage!
(It’s not my favorite part of the house.)
While the kiddos worked on that all the moms made DIY pendants.
They are super easy & quick! (You can find my pendant tutorial here.)
Now for the good stuff!
The kids could hardly wait to break out the TCBY frozen yogurt.
They kept asking “Is it time to eat yet???”
Again since it was a spring party….we went with spring themed toppings!
We had crushed oreo for THE DIRT, gummy WORMS & cute sucker FLOWERS.
Everyone LOVED trying out the new TCBY frozen yogurt!
We let the younger kiddos eat the TCBY bars,
& that was much easier & less mess.
(Which was really nice since we were all inside!)
I think the ice cream sandwiches went the fastest.
TCBY Frozen Yogurt taste just like ice cream (& I think even better).
Plus TCBY Frozen Yogurt has less fat & sugar than ice cream. Sweet!
My favorite flavor is the English Toffee Crunch! Yum!
Oh the almonds and the toffee…sooooo good!
It’s the perfect blend of crunchy & ooey gooey delicious.
Well, our party ended up being a HUGE success!
Everyone ended up with empty bowls & happy faces!
