Gooooood morning! Today is the last day of school for all my kiddos! (Well, except my college kiddo! He’ll be home in July!) Hello there! Whew! It’s hot! We are suppose to hit a 100 degrees today for the first time this summer. Ugh! It’s definitely the dog days of summer. That’s why I am so happy that there is such a thing as ice cream, floats & popsicles! ha! How would we survive the summertime without them. Hello! Happy Friday to you! Whew! What a week we have had over here. My kiddos are showing some of their animals on the county fair. Last night was the showmanship show, and I was so proud of my kiddos. They did awesome! It was also my youngest son’s 5th birthday! He partied hard at the fair last night. ha! :) We didn’t get home until almost midnight! So thank goodness I remembered that I hadn’t shared this easy & yummy recipe with you yet. As most of you know by now our family
has been enjoying Spring Break this week.
This year we are sticking close to home,
& it has actually has been kind of nice & relaxing.
