This post is brought to you by Silhouette.
Hello! Happy Monday to you! Today I am excited to bring you a brand new Silhouette tutorial ~ a simple heart t-shirt plus a brand new Silhouette Promotion centered all around my favorite little machine ~ the Silhouette Portrait. :) This machine is awesome! It can do just about everything the Silhouette CAMEO can do. It just comes in a smaller package & price! So keep reading to get all the details & to see how easy it was to make this cute t-shirt. :)
To make this shirt you’ll need:
this image from the Silhouette store
Silhouette Portrait
Silhouette fabric blade
one fat quarter or fabric scrap
t-shirt
pink thread & sewing needle
sewable fabric interfacing from Silhouette
For a very detailed tutorial on using the Silhouette sewable fabric interfacing check out this baby blanket tutorial. The short version is that you’ll iron the interfacing to the back of your material, then open up your image in your Silhouette software & cut the image out in fabric using your Silhouette Portrait. ;)
Then you’ll iron your heart in place, & then you’ll sew around the edges using a sewing machine or just a needle & thread like I did. As you can tell my daughter loves her new shirt that I made just for her. :) I love that it was so easy to make. :)
Now are you ready for all of the fun details of the Fall Fabric Bundle deal from Silhouette? ;)
This month the star of the show is the Silhouette Portrait! The Portrait machine does everything a CAMEO can do but just in a smaller package (& price!). Yay! This month’s bundle also includes some fun supplies to make some some fabulous fabric projects! :)

You can snag these prices by shopping {HERE} & using the code GINGERSNAP. Right now you can also use the code GINGERSNAP to get 40% off all adhesive cardstock. Awesome! So it’s time to stock up on that. :)
