Happy Monday!!!
Mondays are a special day around our house!
In our family we reserve every Monday night just for us!
We always have a lesson, fun songs & a fun activity or game.
We each take turns being in charge of one of the activities for the night.
The kiddos love it, and we all look forward to it each week.
Part of our Monday night tradition is to have a yummy treat!
This one is one of our favorite treats to have on Monday nights! Yum!
The only problem is that we didn’t quite have a name for it yet!
So last night around the dinner table we came up with the name:
chocolate mountain {in a cup}.
It was actually my 14 year old & 8 year old
boys that came up with the winning name.
{Good job, guys! You are so clever! 
It really does look like a chocolate mountain.
With the dab of COOL WHIP Whipped Topping on top
it makes it look a lot like snow on top
our our little {yummy) chocolate mountain!
So here’s our yummy recipe.
You’ll need:
COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 9x13 pan of brownies
chocolate pudding
crushed cookies
(We used the crème filled chocolate store brand cookies.)
your favorite candy bar {any kind will do}
(Oh & it’s crushed, too!)
Making this is super easy!
We always use our {fancy} glasses for this!
The kiddos really love getting those out.
Plus you can see all the layers, & it looks so pretty.
You’ll start out first with a layer of brownies.
I just spoon them right out of the pan.
Then you’ll put on a layer of chocolate pudding.
Then a layer of your crushed cookies.
Then you’ll put on a big dab of yummy COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.
Finally you’ll sprinkle your crushed candy bar on top.
That’s it!!! Very easy & very yummy, too.
