Hello! Summer is just around the corner! Yay! Annnnd it’s that time of year where moms everywhere are wondering what we are going to do with the kiddos this summer! Inside our box we had two different fun activities. One was to make barn animal finger puppets. My 4 year old got right to work on these! ha! :)
Everything was included. It was all pre-cut, and the felt pieces were already sticky. So all my kiddo had to do was decide where he wanted everything. :)
These activities are perfect for kids age 3-8. Your kiddos would love it. Isn’t that chicken the cutest?
The next activity we worked on was a little farm plot. Once again everything was provided. The soil, seeds, container & labels.
It had that “magic” dirt that expands when you add water to it. Pretty cool!
My son planted his seeds, and believe it or not the next day we had some seeds that had barely started to sprout. We can’t wait to watch them grow some more!
Our Kiwi Crate even had supplies to make little labels & a fence around our garden! :)
I also love the Explore! magazine that is included in every Kiwi Crate. It is full of more activities & ideas. It even had a list of books we could check out at our library that go along with the monthly theme. It is such a great little resource! :)
