Mini Gumball Machine End of School Gift Idea with Free Printable {tutorial}

Hello! How are you? Wonderful, I hope! Our weekend was awesome, but it was a little too short! ha! ;) I am so ready for summer vacation, & it will be here before you know it! Yay! School is just about to wind down. We have a little over two weeks left, & I can’t wait to have my kiddos home! We really do have a blast every summer. Well, today I am excited to share an easy end of school gift idea with you made with some mini gumball machines! Aren’t they cute? I snagged these gumball machines up at Walmart at Easter. They were only a $1! If you don’t have gumball machines you could always use a mason jar & gumballs like I did {HERE}. I also have some free printables. So keep reading! ;)

For this project you’ll need:
white cardstock
twine
scissors

mini gumball machines
circle punch
mini hole punch

First you’ll need to save one of these printables to your computer. Just right click & save the image. Then open it up in a program like Word. Resize to the size you need. I have a 2 inch circle punch, so I sized mine to print a little smaller than that. I made one like the picture, & I have one you could use for a teacher gift.

Print it out onto white cardstock. Then you’ll just use your circle punch to make your tags, & a mini hole punch to make a hole in the top for hanging.

Then you’ll use some twine to hang your tag on your gumball machine. I got this twine from We R Memory Keepers. Tip: If you use the code GINGER you can get 20% off. Sweet! ;)

Isn’t that just the sweetest gift ever? I just love it! :)

Do your kiddos take end of the school year gifts to their friends? My 13 year old daughter does.
Actually, she takes something for all her friends for every holiday! It’s a good thing I’m crafty! ha!
;) If you have any end of the school year traditions that your kiddos do, I’d love to hear! :)
