Hello! Today I am excited to tell you about the brand new, limited edition Skinny Cow Ganache Ice Cream Cones. Yum! These ice cream cones will be coming to Walmart stores this coming week! Eek! So be on the look out for them! I was lucky enough to receive a box of these yummy ice cream cones in the mail this last week. Yes, in the mail! ha! My kiddos were so impressed! ;) So keep reading to see what we thought & to check out this brand new ice cream flavor from Skinny Cow.
Remember this product will only be available in about 1650 Walmart stores starting this week. They will be available during the holidays and into 2014. So call your local Walmart store before you head out to pick some up. :)
This is really perfect timing because the new year is when most of us set a goal to eat healthier. I love Skinny Cow ice cream products because they are healthier for you without sacrificing the rich, yummy taste of ice cream. You can really have it all ~ a dessert that is delicious for you & good for you, too. ;)
These ice cream cones are even yummier because they are made with a special Ganache. Ganache is a rich mixture of cream & chocolate that can be used as a frosting or filling on many types of desserts. It’s origins are in France & Switzerland, and it has been used for years for making all kinds of desserts ~ truffles, cakes, pastries & more. Now it has come to ice cream. Yum!
We tried the Skinny Cow Chocolate Mint Ganache Ice Cream cones. They were delicious! They had the perfect amount of chocolate, cream, mint & ice cream, & then along with the crunchy chocolate cone, they equaled perfection! ;)
Of course, I only got one bite! Yep, that’s my bite right there! As soon as I was finished taking these pictures my kiddos gobbled them all up really quick! ha! I can’t wait until we see them in stores! Then I might just buy a whole box just for me! ha! Don’t tell the kiddos! ;)
