Hello! How are you? It’s Monday! We are just getting back into the swing of things after an amazing spring break. I wish it could of lasted longer! We did have a ton of fun though! One thing we did last week is make some Easy Spring Treat Pudding Cups with SUPER Snack Pack pudding cups. These are an easy to make desserts, & they would be perfect for Easter! So keep reading to see how easy these were to put together! I even have a coupon for you! :)
I love that you can easily find these new SUPER Snack Packs at Walmart. We always have a box or two in our pantry for my kiddos lunches. They love how they taste. I love that they don’t need to be refrigerated & are so easy to grab & put in their lunches or use as an afternoon snack. I also love that one Snack Pack pudding cup contains the same amount of calcium as an 8 oz. glass of milk, and I really love that Snack Packs contain NO high fructose corn syrup. That is a win-win-win-win for our family. :) Oh, annnnd did I mention they have new Easy Open Lids. Awesome! ;)
When I originally had this idea we were going to stick to making Easter baskets with our Snack Pack Pudding Cups, but since my creative kiddos were home for spring break we couldn’t help but make a few different varieties using things we already had on hand in our pantry. You will need:
SUPER Snack Pack Pudding Chocolate & Vanilla
Oreos, crushed
cereal, crushed
candy (licorice, jelly beans, chocolate eggs, candy rainbows, yogurt covered almonds)
coconut
green food coloring
The first thing we did was dye our coconut. I admit I have never done this before! Buuuuut it was so easy! I think I’ll be dying coconut all sorts of colors now! ha! ;)
You’ll need a gallon zipper seal bag, green food coloring & a bag of coconut flakes.
Pour your coconut into the bag, squirt in the food coloring, seal the bag & shake.
In a few minutes you’ll have fun green coconut. Set aside.
Next we took the lids off of our pudding cups.
Then we filled the pudding cups to the top with crushed Oreo.
To make the Easter baskets we added a colorful licorice handle.
Then we sprinkled on some of the green coconut “grass”.
Then we added some candy eggs. That’s it! :)
To make the bird nest pudding snack we sprinkled on some crushed cereal.
Then we topped them with some yogurt covered almonds.
To make our rainbow & cloud pudding cup we sprinkled on some white coconut.
Then we put a candy rainbow on top. Cute! :)
