My Favorite Kitchen Tips

Hello, there! What room do you spend the most time in at your home? For me, it’s the kitchen! I am literally in the kitchen all day long! From cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, crafting, helping with homework, taking out the trash, paying bills & everything in between you can find me in there! ha! Keeping my kitchen clean & organized is extremely important to me. Our home just runs better when I have the kitchen in order & the dishes put away. Today I am sharing My Favorite Kitchen Tips. Good morning! Summer will be here before you know it! Eek! Are you ready? We have exactly 3 more days of school left. Yay! Hello! Hello! It feels like I had a huge break from blogging! We had an amazing weekend. My oldest son graduated from high school, my parents were in town & we had a blast spending some time together UNPLUGGED! It was nice to have a little break! Now I’m back at it! ha! This year I am helping out with Girl’s Camp crafts (again!). This year we are simplifying a little bit & just offering two crafts. These DIY Wooden Arrows are one the easy crafts we are doing! I think the girls will enjoy making their own arrow & personalizing it to make it their own. I’m also sharing a fun project that ProFlowers has been working on, too. Yesterday my daughter & I had the opportunity to visit the Bentonville Film Festival in beautiful downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. It was a beautiful spring day here in Northwest Arkansas. This is the second year for the festival that celebrates women & diversity in the media & film industry. It takes a lot of manpower & sponsors to put together this amazing event. The BFF is sponsored in part by Scotts® & EcoScraps®. I love that companies like this are supporting women & diversity. I also loved checking out their amazing Step and Repeat Wall. Isn’t it gorgeous? I think I need one in my backyard! ;)

Hello! You probably know by now (I’ve talked about it a lot!) my son is graduating from high school this year. As graduation day nears I am getting more nervous & excited. Annnnnd not to mention emotional! Quick! Pass the tissues! ;) I have found that as I focus on things like ordering announcements, thinking of graduation gift ideas, planning his graduation party & taking senior pictures I’m not quite as emotional. I’ve got to stay busy & not dwell on the fact that my baby is leaving me!
