Good morning! I hope you had a marvelous weekend! :) Mother’s Day has come & gone. Let’s move on to Father’s Day! ha! Today I am excited to be partnering with the Craft Lightning Series to bring you this easy Father’s Day Mason Jar craft that can be finished in under 15 minutes flat. Eek! A white shirt & tie just screams dad to me. This cute jar is perfect for the Dad in your life. Now let’s get started!
For this project you will need a few supplies:
- mason jar
- white chalk paint
- foam paint brush
- white buttons
- hot glue & glue gun
- scrapbook paper
- candy :)
Tip: Chalk paint works so well on glass! First, you will paint your jar white with chalky finish paint, and then set it aside to dry. I found this chalk type paint from Plaid at Walmart.
Once your jar is nice & dry. Hot glue 3 buttons down the front.
Next, you will hot glue on your paper tie. I found this tie image in the Silhouette online store. (affiliate link)
Then fill your jar with Dad’s favorite candy!
Happy Father’s Day!
