Designing the Perfect Class Ring for your Son or Daughter {gift idea} #ringspiration

Hello! My oldest is a junior in high school, and he is so hard to shop for! It was much easier when all he wanted for Christmas was toys! ha! ;) So I was super excited to check out Jostens High School ring collections. Have you seen the Jostens ShadowCast Rings? They are so cool! What a perfect gift this would make for your high school age son or daughter. Having a high school ring is a great tradition to carry on. Do you remember yours? I remember my boyfriend’s. ha! ;) I also love that receiving a class ring helps celebrate that special time in your child’s life. Class rings have come a long way since I was in high school. They are so much more trendy now! You can totally customize the perfect ring for YOU. There are so many fun options! So keep reading to see the ring I helped design for my son. :)

I was immediately drawn to the Jostens ShadowCast Rings collection. Isn’t that the coolest? ShadowCast™ is a rich-black metal finish that converts Jostens’ white Lustrium® class ring into a shadowy work of art. It’s bold & dramatic! I knew that I wanted that style for sure!

So I got to work designing my son’s ring! Of course, I got his input, too! You can pick & choose until your ring is exactly how you want. They have different designs, stone options, cuts, colors, personalizations, metal choices & finishes. The possibilities are endless! We picked the Jostens Truman (L73) design. It has a very traditional design but at the same time it still has a modern feel. It is slightly smaller in size which was great because my son didn’t want a huge ring. I loved the side detailing, & I really liked that we could personalize both sides of the ring.

We finally decided on this design. What do you think?

Remember at Jostens you can design a ring unique to your child, or they could even go in with a group of friends & classmates & design a special ring for their group, club or team. I think it would be cool if all the band kids got together & designed similar class rings! Wouldn’t that be neat? :)
