Wow! It got cooooold this weekend!
It was great snuggling weather,
& the perfect time for some homemade soup!
Here is one of our family’s favorite recipes!
5 Ingredient Taco Soup
- 1 can of corn, undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained or 1 can of Rotel, undrained
- 1 can of beans, undrained {can be black beans, kidney beans…whatever}
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 lb ground lean hamburger meat, browned
Put all the ingredient your crockpot, stir & then cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream & chopped green onions {optional}. Yum!
