Need some last minute {Halloween} crafts to make?
Give these a try! So cute!
I saw these adorable mummies on Craftaholics Anonymous, the spider hands we did at preschool & the ghost footprints I saw on Barney! {Yes, you can get crafty inspiration from a purple dinosaur! ;)} I have since seen them all over blog land…so we had to give them a try, too! We gave them all a thumbs up! Easy, simple & cute, cute, cute….and a little SpOoKy!!!!
Here’s how we made them…all so easy & oh so adorable & fun to do!
Mummy Tutorial
You’ll need:
2x4 blocks {ours were about 7 inches high}
some white material ripped into strips
googly eyes
white paint & glue
We painted our blocks white. Even my 2 year old painted his own block! It doesn’t have to be perfect! Most of it will be covered in a bit. Once the blocks are dry tie the strip of material around the top, wrap around & around, tie again & tuck in any loose ends. Make a spot for your mummy’s eyes & glue on two googly eyes. That’s it! Adorable!
Spider Hands Tutorial
You’ll need:
orange cardstock
black paint
googly eyes & glue
We made these cute little guys at preschool! You put black paint on both hands & do one hand print at a time overlapping the palm & thumbs, so it makes 8 legs. Eek! A spider!!!
Footprint Ghost Tutorial
You’ll need:
white paint & black cardstock
googly eyes & glue
Halloween ribbon
boo! vinyl
Super easy here, too! Make two footprints with white paint on black cardstock! Let the paint dry completely. Punch two holes & add a ribbon to the top, glue on two googly eyes, apply some Boo! vinyl & their you go! Now these little guys are fa-boo-lous! Love! {What a fun way to remember how big your kiddos are each Halloween, too!}
What are YOU making this weekend?
