Good morning! It’s the 2nd Monday of the month which means it’s time for another Silhouette Challenge! I LOVE participating in these each month! :) This month’s theme is all about school! Can you believe it’s time for the kiddos to head back to school already? My kiddos head back next Monday. I’m going to miss those kids! I don’t know about you but it’s been crazy busy at our house, and I haven’t had much time to craft! That’s why I love this easy back to school teacher gift. It was so easy to put together, & it turned out so cute! I’ll be sharing the free printable so you can make one, too. I’ll also have links to lots more fun school ideas for you, too! Yay! So keep reading! :)
To make these you’ll need the printable below. You can either right click & save the image to your computer. Then open it up in Word or a similar program & resize as needed, or you can go {HERE} & print out 6 on a sheet like I did. :)
For this project you’ll also need:
white cardstock (for the tags)
ribbon
mason jar
red vinyl polka dots (I used this image from the Silhouette online store.)
pencils
I cut the vinyl dots out using my Portrait & red vinyl. Then without even using transfer tape I just randomly stuck them on my jar like stickers. :)
Then I just stuck in a bunch of pencils, added a ribbon…..
….and then attached the tag. Easy peasy! ;)
This will be perfect to take to the back to school open house this week. :)
Enjoy these school projects from some of my blogging friends! :)
