Hello! You guys know how much I love Office Depot. Eek! There is just something about all those office supplies. It just gets my creative juices flowing. ha! I shared an amazing teacher gift basket using some fun supplies from Office Depot last month. Now that school is out & summer is in all my attention has turned to my kiddos! This summer has been super rainy! We haven’t had too many pool days (yet!), and I needed something fun for them to do. Today I’m going to show you How to Make a Giant Coloring Page with some help & fun supplies from Office Depot. (Oh! Annnd I made a fun travel box for our vacation!) So keep reading!
As you know Office Depot has a HUGE selection for everything from home office & school supplies to gear for the craftiest of crafters (like me!). You can #gearupforgreat & find just about anything you need for so many creative and organizational projects at Office Depot. To make a giant coloring page you will need a Sharpie & some white cardstock. Then have your kiddos draw! ;) My daughter was our little artist. She drew the ocean, her family, her pets & our town. Just let them get creative. Have fun!
Next we headed to Office Depot. Their Copy & Print shop got to work blowing up my daughter's drawings to poster size. (This only cost a couple of dollars by the way! I love inexpensive ideas that are fun!) While they worked on that, we headed over to the art supply section to pick up some fun supplies to color with.
We bought a huge box of crayons, twistables & poster board markers.
We also picked up this cute pip squeaks markers tower!
When we got home we set up shop in the garage (out of the rain!), and my kiddos got to work. ha! They spent all afternoon coloring the ocean & then this little town. Isn’t it cute? It was the perfect size to bring out their toy cars & play. Annnd that is exactly what they did. So fun! :)
While I was at Office Depot I couldn’t resist picking up a few FUN things for our vacation next month. I used them to create this fun travel box to take with us. I filled it with all kinds of fun & creative things to keep my kiddos busy & entertained on our trip. I can’t wait!
