This post is brought to you by Groovebook by Shutterfly. #Groovebook
Good morning! I take lots of pictures. Lots! ha! I’m sure you do, too. I take them with my camera, & those pictures usually end up on our family blog. I also take tons of pictures on my phone but sometimes I kind of feel like they get trapped in there. You know? That’s why I am so super excited about Groovebook by Shutterfly. Finally, there is an easy way to free the photos from my phone. Yay! It is so easy to do, super inexpensive & Groovebook makes great gifts, too! Just think of all the possibilities! Eek! You could make an extra book to send to grandma or gift a subscription to a friend. I am so excited to give you all the details. So keep reading!
To use Groovebook you simply download the app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play depending on your device. Groovebook works on iPhones, iPads & Android devices. For a $2.99+tax a month subscription you will receive a Groovebook filled with 100 of your favorite photos. The photos are perforated, so it makes them super easy to share with family & friends. If you need more books, no problem. You can order additional books for the same price ~ $2.99+tax. That’s a steal!
The app is super easy to use! You can use photos on your phone or if you’d like to add additional photos from your computer simply plug your phone (or other device) into your computer & use iCloud or iTunes to grab your photos.
Then you’ll select the photos you’d like & upload them to your Groovebook. Close your book & your Groovebook will be on it’s way to you! Did I mention shipping was free? It is!
If you need help or have questions the app has a great information spot to click on so you can track your orders, see FAQ, send books to family & friends, gift subscriptions & so much more.
I was so excited to get my first Groovebook in the mail! Each month has a fun new cover design. I loved this orange one ~ perfect for fall pictures.
Each Groovebook measures 4.5 by 6.5 inches.
Each photo was nice, big & clear.
I loved that on the spine it had the year, & you could then circle the month. These little Groovebooks will really make nice family keepsakes for the kiddos. You could journal on the back of each picture. It’s such a cute little way to scrapbook without all the expense & time of scrapbooking the old way with all the photo albums, embellishments & print costs.
I also love that you can easily tear out a picture or two to send to the grandparents. I know my parents love to get pictures in the mail, and I don’t do it nearly as often as I used too! I can’t wait to start doing it again. Or better yet, send them their own personal Groovebook! :)
