As you probably know I am a mom to 5 kiddos, & with the kiddos back in school I am always on the look out for wholesome snacks to tuck into my kiddos’ lunches or as an easy after school snack. Good morning! Yesterday I was able to play with my Silhouette Curio™ for the first time! Eek! It has been sitting in my craft room for a few weeks, & I have been anxiously waiting for a free morning to get it out of the box! Annnnnd yesterday was the day! Yay! This new machine is not the Silhouette you are used to. So in this post I’m going to show you some of the features that make the Silhouette Curio™ different from the CAMEO & Portrait. Good morning! How are you? I hope you had a fabulous weekend! :) Our weekend was full of high school football, soccer, crafting (of course!) & watching old home movies! We were up late last night watching some home movies from about 12 years ago. So hilarious! My kids are too funny! ;) Fall arrives this week! Eek! Are you ready? I was up in the attic this weekend as well. I was hunting down all my fall décor. ;) In addition to the things I dug out of the attic I’m also adding a few new things this year like this easy Ribbon Garland. Hello! I have absolutely loved being a CansGetYouCooking.com ambassador over this past year. I love sharing our family’s favorite recipes. Our family’s “cantry” is stocked with can foods, & they are a staple in our family’s diet. Canned foods are nutritious, healthy, convenient & inexpensive. Hello! I’m so excited about today’s post! Actually, I should say my kiddos are excited about today’s post! ha! They worked super hard making a little video featuring our favorite dog in the whole world, Baxter on how we show him how much we love him. Baxter has been a member of our family for 5 years. We adopted him when he was 4 years old. So that makes him an old man at age 9. (Dogs age 7 & up are considered seniors.) Don’t tell him that though! ;) His most favorite thing to do is be with “his” kiddos, & he can’t wait to see them everyday when they come home from school. We want Baxter to be a healthy member of our family for many years to come. So we were super excited to try out the new Purina ProPlan Bright Mind dog food. Over the last several weeks we have gradually made the switch to this new dog food for our senior dog. This food is specially formulated to increase cognitive awareness in dogs like Baxter. We are looking forward to the benefits it can give to our furry friend. So let me tell you more!

Good morning! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend! We had the most amazing weather this weekend. We even turned off the AC & open the windows. Eek! So nice! :) Fall is definitely in the air around here. Yay! I’ve been busy working on some Halloween crafts to share with you soon. I had my kiddos helping me out this weekend. Hello! It's back to school time at our house! We have been in school for a little over two weeks now, & we seem to be getting into the routine of things. Finally! Yay!
