Good morning! We were bored the other day. ha! So my daughter & I decided to do a quick project with my Cricut Joy. She wanted to make a personalized phone case for her iPhone 6s, & in a couple of minutes we had a super cute case! We also made a case for her older brother. (This cut file could be tweaked to fit just about any phone!) So let’s get started! :)
Just a refresher, the Cricut Joy is Cricut’s smallest smart cutting machine ever! It’s tiny, but fierce! :) It can fit on a shelf or looks great setting on your counter or on the desk in your home office. The Cricut Joy also packs away easily for storage & sets up in just a few minutes, making it super easy to move from room to room (as you organize, label & make everything!). :) I love the blue tooth technology. It’s a great tool to grab when the crafting mood strikes! :)
For this project you will need:
this Design Space file
this clear phone case
Cricut Joy StandardGrip Mat, 4.5" x 12"
cardstock (I used this paper.)
Cricut Joy or other Cricut machine
We had bought a clear phone case from Amazon. It works perfect for this! You simply cut out your scrapbook paper with your Cricut Joy.
Then slide that cut piece into your phone case making a cute personalized case.
You can make as many of these of as want, and switch out the paper whenever you want! So fun! :)
