They are hand-selected based on coloring & marbling, & these pork chops are fresh never frozen. Now let’s get to that recipe! :)

For this recipe you will need:

  • Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops, 1 package
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tbs. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • tortillas
  • spinach
  • tomatoes
  • sliced avocados
  • ranch dressing

First, mix water, Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic and lemon pepper seasoning in a large dish.

Put your pork shops in & then marinate them for 2 hours (or more) covered in the refrigerator.

Then grill the pork chops until cooked thoroughly.

You know pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.

Next, slice your boneless pork chops into thin strips.

Warm your tortillas in the oven (or microwave), and then start layering on the yumminess! First, your pork strips.

Then I added fresh veggies (spinach & tomatoes) and slice avocados. Drizzle with some ranch dressing.

Doesn’t that look amazing?

Serve with some fresh fruit, and you have a meal that your family will love ready to eat in minutes.
