Good morning! As most of you know our summer was full of moving! In June, we closed on our old house & moved into our brand new (almost finished!) home. Needless to say we have been busy! This week we are actually (finally!) rolling over our construction loan into a regular conventional loan & closing on our new home. Annnnd I will be so excited to finally be done with this whole process. I’ve learned a bunch along the way though! We were definitely on a budget throughout this whole process. Good morning! I told you earlier this month that we are building a house. Annnnnnd then I left you hanging! ha! ;) Sorry about that! Buuuuuut it’s been a busy month. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing our house plans! Eek! Last week we put our current home up for sale. Within 3 days, we had 3 offers. We have a contract on it already, and if everything goes well, we close May 30th. So it’s crunch time around here!
