Good morning! I love to include my kiddos in my crafty endeavors. I love making things for them & with them. With summer here (Yay!), we have more time to spend outside playing games, swimming & having cookouts & just having fun together outside. This DIY Ring Toss Game is perfect for all those summer get togethers you have coming up! Annnnnd best of all, this game uses those pool rings you probably already have. Let’s get started. :)

Hello there! Spring is coming, and I can just feel it! ha! I can hardly wait for some warmer days. Recently I was shopping at Walmart (again!), and I ran across their huge cartons of Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® crackers Cheddar in the 30 oz. carton and Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® crackers Colors in the 30 oz. carton. I grabbed both of those since they are on rollback for $6.46 (in stores) right now. My whole family loves those little crackers. I might need to go back & get some more. ha! Annnnnd it got me thinking of some ways to get my kiddos up & active! Our sedentary lifestyle this winter needs to be kicked to the curb. ha! I want to get everyone up & moving this spring. Yay! Good morning! I hope you’ve had a fabulous week! Today I am so excited to be partnering with CLIF Kid to show you the importance of getting your kids to ‘come out to play’. I know when I was young we lived outside….it was one of the best places to play! We spent hours outside playing house, pretending to be a gymnast, building forts & mud pies. It’s a little harder today to get your kiddos outside since we have to compete with screen time. Ugh! Buuuut it’s so important to encourage our kiddos to put down their electronics & simply play! Play is disappearing at home, in school and in communities. 70% of moms played outside when they were kids, & today only 31% of their kids play outside. Let’s change that! When we get our kids outdoors we are teaching them healthy habits & reclaiming important play time. Yay! Today I am excited to be sharing 5 Awesome Outdoor Games that our family loves.
