A big thank you to DecoArt for supplying the paint for this post! :)
Hello there! I’m back with another addition of Craft Lightning. You know those crafts that can be done in 15 minutes or less (minus the dry time!). This month’s theme is clay pots. Today I am excited to show you how I made this Terra Cotta Pot Candle Holder using just a few supplies & a little bit of time. Let’s get started!
You will need:
small terra cotta pot & saucer
candle
American Decor Chalky Finish Paint (any color)
Elmer’s school glue
sandpaper
This craft is so, so easy. First, paint your saucer & pot with the chalky finish paint. Let dry.
After everything is dry. Sand the edges with sandpaper, if desired.
Next, flip your pot upside down. Put glue around the bottom.
Set the saucer on top. Weigh down with books & let dry for 24 hours.
All done! Set your candle on top & enjoy! :)
