Hello! Today I’m excited to be sharing this better for you Easy Homemade Granola Bars recipe with you with Jif Peanut Powder! It involves just a little bit of baking, cooking & stirring & a whole lot of flavor. So let’s get started. :)
I have been trying to eat a lot better this year. You know a new year means a new you, right? ;) One of my goals is to cut back on sugar. One of our favorite snacks that we have made for years are some yummy peanut butter chocolate chip bars that have way too much sugar in them! So this year I’m swapping out those for this better for me recipe! It still has just as much flavor, & I feel a lot better about making these bars for me & my family. The key ingredient is Jif Peanut Powder. This new peanut powder from Jif is made with just one ingredient ~ fresh roasted peanuts. It has no added sugar or salt. Yay! It is perfect for smoothies, baking, breakfast, desserts & more. I love putting just a little bit into my smoothies every morning. I love peanuts! How about you?
Another fun fact is that this peanut powder has the same amount of protein as regular peanut butter, but with 85% less fat. So it has less calories & less sugar but all of the taste. It is just as easy to use & as delicious as regualr peanut butter, too. You can’t beat it for a more nutritious way to get your peanut fix. Yum!
Now let’s get to this easy homemade granola bar recipe! :)

These make a great breakfast food, snack or even tucked inside your lunch kit.
