This post is brought to you by Fairfield World. Thank you for supplying some of the product for this post & for the amazing giveaway.
Good morning! April is when we celebrate Earth Day. Yay! So, that makes it the perfect time to join in with some of my favorite bloggers to bring you a Creative Crafts – Recycled Crafts Edition. We were all challenged to share a project using recycled materials. So, I am so excited to be sharing this easy I Spy Bottle made with an old water bottle & a few other supplies. These bottles are perfect for a family road trip! Annnnnd we have a giveaway! You’ll want to read all the way to the bottom of this post to enter to win a $100 gift card to Joanns along with some great product from Fairfield World. Let’s get started! :)
For this project you will need a few things:

rubberband
penny

shell
kidney bean

*Chocking hazard. This project is not for younger kids. Use your best judgement before making this craft.
Poly-fil Poly-Pellets
funnel
First, pour the poly pellets into the water bottle using a funnel. Fill about half way full or so.
Next, drop in your small objects.
Continue to fill the bottle with the poly pellets. Leave a small space at the top.
Then I hot glued the lid on. You don’t want the lid popping off!
Shake your bottle so the items are evenly distributed throughout the bottle.
I laminated the item card, punched a hole & hung it to the top of the bottle with some ribbon. All done!
These I Spy Bottles will keep the kiddos entertained for quite a while on those long car rides. The object of the game is to find all the items listed as you “sift" through the poly pellets as you turn & shake your bottle.
Enjoy these other kid crafts made with items you already have on hand or using recycled materials.
